Before joining The Jane Lee Team, Cyra worked as a Transaction Manager at a RE/MAX office, where she successfully helped close an average of 13–18 foreclosure transactions each month. Her role involved negotiating with buyers’ agents, attorneys, and government offices for critical documents, while assisting leadership with contract preparation, client communications, and ensuring every deal reached the closing table on schedule.
Now working alongside Jane, she continues to build on that experience by shadowing appointments, assisting with CMAs, and learning the intricacies of high-end residential real estate. This hands-on experience has given her a deep understanding of market analysis, property evaluation, and the strategies that lead to smooth, profitable closings.
Fluent in both English and Chinese, Cyra provides clear and thoughtful communication to clients across cultures. She prides herself on being fair, efficient, and responsive, always focused on understanding each client’s unique goals and delivering personalized service that builds lasting trust.
