Michael Windhauser learned the value of service long before he entered real estate. Raised in Chicago and working in his family’s business from a young age, he saw firsthand that clients return to the people who show up, follow through, and treat their needs as a priority.
After earning a degree in Business Management from North Central College, Michael built and ran his own company for many years. Ownership taught him what no textbook could: how to communicate with clarity, negotiate with confidence, and take full accountability for results. Those skills now shape how he represents his clients.
Whether he’s guiding a family toward their next home, positioning a property for a strong sale, or helping an investor evaluate an opportunity, Michael brings a business owner’s perspective to every transaction. He anticipates problems before they surface, keeps clients informed at every step, and manages each detail from the first conversation to the closing table.
Licensed in Illinois, Michael lives in Lakemoor with his wife and their three children.
