We decided to list our house with Jane Lee after looking at many properties with our buying agent. We were impressed with the houses that Jane was selling. She had beautiful brochures on the counter for buyers to look at and the houses were staged nicely. We ended up buying a house she listed. During negotiations she stood up for her seller and was respectful to us, the buyers. Having purchased a new house, it was time to put our old house on the market. Jane was quick to respond to our inquiries, provided a thorough market analysis, and represented us professionally. We knew our house would not be easy to sell as it was not a cookie cutter house.
