Team Jane Lee is everything you need to sell/buy your home. We hired Jane after interviewing 4 top realters in preparation of downsizing, ~6 months prior to our intended on-market date. Our goal was to sell quick with as little trouble as possible and ensure a reasonable price on the house, while downsizing to the next smaller dream home. The Jane Lee team guided and helped us throughout the entire process covering all aspects you can think of including fixing around, hiding clusters, staging the house - we needed big help here, contract negotiation, etc.

- We had open houses every single weekend till we finally went under contract (in a couple of weeks). They even helped us to sell some personal items to the buyer.

True concierge service from start to finish without any additional cost. I felt so overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start but Jane and her team took care of everything and I mean everything! From getting my tenants out, getting bids from contractors, overlooking the entire (major) renovation, listing the property and getting it sold and closed within 2 months! As you know when searching for a home, you fall in love with it through the pictures even before stepping foot in the door. Without a doubt, the pictures that were used in the listing were incredible and had people flocking in even in the dead of winter. Due to the present market situation, there are quite a few homes on the market that were unsold for quite a long time within our neighborhood. My mother had also listed previously under different agents unsuccessfully, but under Jane Lee's team she sold her home rather quickly within her time frame.
