Jane was not the first agent we hired to sell our house. With the suggestion from the first agent, we also hired staging company to improve the chance of sale. But after 4 golden months July, Aug, Sep, Oct, the staging contract expired, but the house was not sold.

We then switched to Jane. A short story, she made the sale within one and a half month. Feb 28 was the closing day.
