I had to move out of IL state due to company relocation in 2016, my house had difficulty to sale due to cold market at that time. Jane's team helped me find a good tenant, the house was on lease for 3 and half years - Finally seized a perfect timing back to market in April 2021. Jane assigned her associate, Anny Chang to coordinate renovation projects, became a contact point to the contractors. Anny is very responsive, answer my emails 7 days a week, day and night. Finally the house condition was improved significantly and received offer in a few days, then successfully closed as little as 1 and half month. Jane's team is very dedicate to sellers, deal with complexity of home improvement project without extra service fee. I believe it is very hard to find such excellent team nationwide, they are professionals but more over they are my friends when I am far away from hometown.

Jane Lee team was professional thorough and saw the transaction thru. My favorite part was the photography team and taking photos of our home. They captured it wonderfully all at the right angles which is a huge deal in letting interested parties see the full home as they would want it. I did enjoy the ease of scheduling viewings and an almost seamless system for it. Some items I would change, the home was undervalued for its surroundings in its’ current market. The negotiation team is way to fast to settle and I needed to slow down. In fact if I didn’t, we would have be advised to sell for for about 19k less than what it went for. My other advice is, slow down the transaction a bit and work a bit more on the customers / sellers behalf throughout the sale of the home. I felt like I needed to weigh in on most of the interactions after signing the contract to sell. Negotiations, post inspection, much of my own work. I feel I didn’t get the full work of the size of the pie I paid to sell my home. Go to battle for the seller! Get the most for the sale! It is in your and their interest. Other than those points, I would do business with Janes team again.
