Jane Lee and her team provided a full measure concierge service for standard broker commission. Jane did a lot of research in 2 days to find comparable houses and set the price. They did everything possible to get our home ready to sell for maximum $$$. They covered some services such as carpet cleaning and stretching, driveway sealcoat and more. They brought in a stager for the house, suggested mulch, lighting, painting and other details. They provided beautiful photography and books and brochures.
Meanwhile, other team members scheduled open houses and showings and communicated very well. We also used one of her brokers (Megan), who really helped us find a new home and helped with our understanding of financing. Jane and Megan helped with the negotiations to get us the best possible deal and chance of getting our home. Their recommended financing person and lawyer were amazing. We ended up closing on both houses within an hour or two and moved in that night. There is a reason Jane Lee is up on the billboards, and I can't recommend her approach too much. They took a very stressful process and made it as smooth as possible.
