Jane Lee team was professional thorough and saw the transaction thru. My favorite part was the photography team and taking photos of our home. They captured it wonderfully all at the right angles which is a huge deal in letting interested parties see the full home as they would want it. I did enjoy the ease of scheduling viewings and an almost seamless system for it. Some items I would change, the home was undervalued for its surroundings in its’ current market. The negotiation team is way to fast to settle and I needed to slow down. In fact if I didn’t, we would have be advised to sell for for about 19k less than what it went for. My other advice is, slow down the transaction a bit and work a bit more on the customers / sellers behalf throughout the sale of the home. I felt like I needed to weigh in on most of the interactions after signing the contract to sell. Negotiations, post inspection, much of my own work. I feel I didn’t get the full work of the size of the pie I paid to sell my home. Go to battle for the seller! Get the most for the sale! It is in your and their interest. Other than those points, I would do business with Janes team again.

Jane Lee is the best! After eight months with two other realtors, I began a search for the best agent in Northern IL. My search brought up Jane. I noticed a huge difference right away. Jane Lee and her team provided a full measure concierge service for standard broker commission. Jane did a lot of research in 2 days to find comparable houses and set the price. They did everything possible to get our home ready to sell for maximum $$$. They covered some services such as carpet cleaning and stretching, driveway sealcoat and more. They brought in a stager for the house, suggested mulch, lighting, painting and other details. They provided beautiful photography and books and brochures.
Meanwhile, other team members scheduled open houses and showings and communicated very well. We also used one of her brokers (Megan), who really helped us find a new home and helped with our understanding of financing. Jane and Megan helped with the negotiations to get us the best possible deal and chance of getting our home. Their recommended financing person and lawyer were amazing. We ended up closing on both houses within an hour or two and moved in that night. There is a reason Jane Lee is up on the billboards, and I can't recommend her approach too much. They took a very stressful process and made it as smooth as possible.

Jane and her Team are extremely, extremely good. Their system works, and I would especially recommend them for any home sale that requires an extensive remodel, as their contractors are so good, so timely, and reasonably priced. They know their markets, and their sales volume speaks volumes, as the Chicagoland market is a tough place, yet they sell, simply put.
