This is our first home sales and we really did not know where to start after 28 years living in this same house. Jane toured our home and advised us for remodeling and adding/removing items, etc. Jane’s team (Kalen, Leo, Jodi,..) are also extremely capable and friendly. Jane Lee team has a great crew, i live out of state and I had 2 other realtors who i listed my property with and all they did was list the property and sit on it even when i visited chicago during the listing period they didn't even bother to come visit me to discuss what we can do to sell my property. When i called Jane lee to list my property she was on vacation but still she visited and told me what the right price to sell the property and what needs to be done with the property to list it. Their team work together well and from fixing things in the house to clean up my house for walk through the team did an excellent job including cristian Leiva, Nick Baron and Alex. It is not enough to give 5 stars if there are 10 stars i would give that to each team member. Cristian was good in bringing in people to fix my house and visit the house to make the work is done property, Nick Baron was assigned last minute since the realtor who got assigned has to go out of state due to emergency and he did excellent job. Alex went so many times to video call and show us what was done and cleaning up the house for walk through. Team you are Awesome and i would recommend Jane Lee's team in a heart beat.
